Welcome to the Sewing Room. Are you planning to join the ship's crew?
There's plenty of places to explore.

Seems like a good idea, especially if there are plenty of these donuts, yummy! Wouldn't mind going off exploring, i'll have to remember to bring my seasickness tablets though!

Being a special kind of ship there is no roll, ask Alec in the Generator room, he will tell you all about it.
The Lighthouse Bar is a good place for a chat and getting to know some of the other crew members.
As for the rest of H2G2 it may take a while to find your way around, but if you click on other researchers' names its a quite a good way of seeing what is going on.

Hi, you must be Caerwynn! Lovely to meet you.
Kes said I should come and see you so you could have a look at this shirt. You see, Kes accidentally tore it with her pinking shears when she helped me to cut my hammock off my leg. (It was bound on there pretty tight!)Ignore the blood, that'll wash out...
Actually I was going to ask if you could do anything about my old hammock, it's not much good now.
I'll probably just end up sleeping in my dolphin-shaped rubber dinghy. Safer than a hammock, I think!

Oops!
I'l have to apologise to Kes! It's so difficult to tell with all that make-up!
(Really, the only Kes I've come across before was the doctor's assistant in Star Trek: Voyager... She was cute, too! I really should get out more...)
Presumption can be a dangerous thing!
I'd love a coffee, thanks! Perhaps with a tot of that wonderful rum from The Still. Developing quite a taste for it!

*puts on to brew and lays out a fresh plate of s*
It is easy to make errors over gender here, yours gives no clue at all for instance.
I suppose mine doesn't either, the literal translation is Castle White. But my Hawaiian outfit may give you a clue.
*adjusts coconut shells*
These things are darned uncomfy!
