The horror, the horror - a dream

This nightmare was one for the ages. It combined banking crises with
unspeakable arson and environmental terrorism.
I dreamed that I had at least one account (and maybe more) with a bank that was struggling to survive. They had to offer higher interest rates to their depositors to attract deposits. I would happen to be a bystander when the bank employees would pass each other in the hallways and talk about their worries. As a depositor, my account would be federally protected, so I didn't mind making a few extra dollars. The bank building was a stately stone building on a downtown street corner.
Enter the bad guys with a high-tech explosive device. I see it begin to foam and grow larger. Finally it ignites not too far from the bank building mentioned earlier. It takes out three whole towns -- Hudson and Sudbury, which is real life are not contiguous, but in a dream what does that matter? The third town might have been Houston, which is thousands on miles away. The aftermath? I hear that the blast leveled trees in the mountains. The air pollution from the burning is like smoking four packs of cigarettes a day It's unnerving to visit the bank, given the nearby ruin.
Banksters and arsonists. Be afraid, be very afraid.

I had a bad one too. I was at work. Deadline approaching fast. And I had nothing
But boy did I feel blessed the moment I woke up

I had a bad dream last night, too. I was back in 1776, in City Tavern in Philadelphia. I was trying to get an urgent message to Thomas Jefferson, but an evil Tory spy was lurking about...
He looked exactly like Tim Roth.
Too many streaming videos.

Tim Roth? He must be able to sing, since he was in Woody Allen's one musical, "Everyone says I love you." He was also in my least favorite movie, "The Cook, the Thief, his wife, and her lover."

I regrettably saw more of it than was good for me.
But "Everyone says I love you" is one of my favorites. Of course, I have a lot of favorites.

I generally go by the criterion that if Tim Roth's init it must be a good film. There are obviously exceptions to my rule.
I recently dreamt about 2legs. I was travelling with him and he said he needed to get to a certain doctor about one of his ailments. I asked him where this specialist was and he said "Glasgow" I woke up still not having figured out how to get there.

If 2Legs is in the dream, you can't know whether you are in his dream, or he is in your dream. I think Alice Liddell and Charles Dodgson ran into this dilemma.

Last night I dreamed I was eating a giant marshmallow.
When I woke up, the pillow had disappeared.

“Once upon a time, I dreamt I was a butterfly, fluttering hither and thither, to all intents and purposes a butterfly. I was conscious only of my happiness as a butterfly, unaware that I was myself. Soon I awaked, and there I was, veritably myself again. Now I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly, dreaming I am a man.” [Zhuangzi]

I may not have learned enough in my life, but i know enough not to approach a wizard and tell him to make me an ice cream soda.
Put that in your cocoon and smoke it.
