.... Beeings has only one e... beings...
I like this entry so far... but... still... I bet soon you'll find people who have a different idea of how to avoid finding the wrong partner. I think your entry would be more complete if you were to mention another option: Don't settle down with anyone.

considering the amount of heartache in the world around me, i would rather not settle at all...
ok, i admit, not being able to find a soulmate also makes me think i probably won't ever!

There there, love!!!
if you REALLY think about it, it's mathematically impossible to find ONE person to be your soulmate.

Wonko Posted Jul 11, 2001
Thanks, I know about "being" and sometimes I get it wrong though. Sigh. So much to learn and to remember.
Partnership needs work. Work work work. It certainly is mathematically impossible to find a soulmate without this game playing tendency. But with the knowledge of the schema you can work on how to aviod playing it. Why don't you try me?
I am still at work, but have nearly succeeded in generating a good environment for my big family of eight people.

YAY!!! Good!!!
I think it has a lot to do with finding YOURSELF first before you can find-- and give yourself happily, faithfully, for better or worse, et al-- to ANYONE else!!! You have to have your heartbroken before you can truly value it, and develop standards which lovers will have to live up to, otherwise they have to go bye bye.

dear oh dear, the probability might be zero, but the event is not impossible!
i was talking about "atleast one" to begin with. and yes, i agree, unless you are heartbroken, you won't value it. you have to set standards for yourself!

Wonko Posted Jul 12, 2001
>YAY!!! Good!!!<
Very good indeed!!! Giving you a sensible hug.
Knowing ones self is very important, but also terribly difficult. We tend to always make others responsible for everything.
How are you, by the way ?

:;looks around:: I don't think you mean me, but... I am fine, thanks... you!??
Too many people, I guess... focusing on finding someone, and they overlook themselves... it's pretty sad... And think how easy it could be to become close to yourself!!! You are always around... you have a LOT in common...
Dearheart
Wonko Posted Jul 13, 2001
Yes I mean you!!! Good you are fine, so am I. Nice to meet you, indeed.
The best basis for a good relationship is to be in sync with yourself. Have you had a look at my entry about flying? http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A533152 That's one way to be free of all gravity and other pull downs.

OH GOOD!!! I cheer you up!??.... you mean I come to you bringing a blue daisy and a smile!??
Hee hee hee...
::sings::
Just close your eyes and think on me...
And soon I will be there...
To brighten up even your darkest night...
OR!!! For the Flight Meditation Entry I just read...
::sings::
Just close your eyes and think of flying...
And soon you'll be flying...
And flying high even -- oh never mind!!!!

I just closed my eyes, and imagined you were here, with a blue daisy and you were singing, and I was happy.
My life is like flying, high and fast, and I wonder whether you have what it takes to live that way too.
You're a fine Woman.
