Why don't we try and get a Precinct on the H2G2 space station? Then we could quickly mobilise to any part of the Galaxy.

Not a pricinct, a HQ, which is on Alpha 5, in the Nern system, which is of course, the galaxy in the centre of the universe, well known fact that.
It is here that we have our main operatiosn room, etc. Space stations are on the main planet of every major system and with our huge budget we plan to expand even more. Unfortunately, most of these space stations are run by AI as we have a horrendous staff shortage.
Also, the Chiverton is our main ship, but we have lots of patrols in heavily populated systems are trouble areas.
The HQ is also the site for the biggest jail in the known universe with precisely 6 inmates. We haven't arrested many people yet. There are also several courtrooms where very accurate Judgement Computers take all evidence, compute it and give the verdict, Guilty or Not Guilty and also the sentence, according to all constitutions in known universe etc.
This takes the strain off people.

We could, of course, join the H2G2 space station, I shall put it to a vote when we get more officers. Need men first, we'll sort out othr stuff later.

You want to make a list of the people in the prison, what they are in for, et cetera. If you make a forum for it things might get interesting.....
