I was hoping to come up with some complicated equation and hit this one along the way. My user number is U1544407. (5*4)+(4*4)+7-1=42

You should have left th '1' in front. -1+5*4+4*4+0+7=42.
A more complicated one is (1+5)*(4-4+4*0+7)=42
