It is not offensive, however could be seen as encouraging people to undertake an illegal activity. I would assume it was for this reason that the posting was failed.

giving illigal implications as
a reason for removing stuff?

I did recive an email it said 'offencive content'

I'll look into the possibility of adding a new rejection email, promoting illegal activity, it would be more accurate for some failures certainly...
