It assumes too much recent computing and post-Spock Star Wars adherence.
Maybe there weren't any geeks before 1990. If this is the case, I need to find out what I really am. Me, my two friends, my arch-enemy and the kid who loaned me his telescope in 1975.
(btw if it was you who loaned me the telescope, I'm really sorry but the Weddell lost patience and made me chuck it in a skip. Yeah, I know I should have stood up to her, but she forced me to choose. It was either that or the Meccano)
