But I wouldn't advise it I call it the work-so-much-you-don't-have-time-to-eat plan. Burn calories..and don't have time to put any more in your system. Just about as good is the snagging-bites-of-food-between-customers plan. In that case you burn calories as soon as they are consumed. I lost 20 pounds on the CVS-work-don't-eat-diet-plan. Thank you CVS!

Yes, here it's known as the Tyco Plan, but in my case the weight was transferred pound for pound to my wife, who sat at home misery eating and wondering if I would end up parked in the crash barrier during one of my 3am trips from Gosport to Reading.
