Are you talking about lubricated water balloons or the "turn-your-head-and-cough" gloves?

ooooh!
For Mr. "I'm not a divider-upper", he gets a supply of the water balloons WITHOUT lubrication!

I find that water balloons are much more effective if you put them in the freezer for a day after you fill them...

Frozen water balloons? Whatever next?!
To calm your nerves, perhaps you should have one of my nice organic raisin scones, with lashings of whipped cream (or maybe, whippings of lashed cream, instead!).

I'm curiously exhilarated and grumpy.
The exhilaration comes from spending a day tieing up loose ends at work, and pretty much getting *everything* straightened out.
That, plus finding that cute little squirrel in the biography stacks (the custodian put the creature outside, which I hope was the best thing for it).
The grumpiness is from weaving in and out of temporary lanes trying to get back to my house. From 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. every weeknight, the road in front of my neighborhood is torn up so the Mass. Water Resources Admin. can put in new super-sewers deep underground. They will run under Route One for several miles. The process will take two years. It's a major headache, and it's tricky to figure out which lanes they will let me use to get into my trailer park. The cop shouted at me tonight.

Yes, I did.
Funny thing about that, actually. There are still some construction vehicles and crews doing work *inside* the park, while there are other construction (destruction?) crews on the road *outside* the park. The combination of noises can be overwhelming. It was already under way by 7:30 this morning.
Is it any wonder I wake up looking forward to getting to work as soon as possible?

PLUS, it was foggy this morning.....AND the National Library of Medicine was acting 'funny'! Argghhhhhhhhh
I HATE servers (and I'm not talking wait staff, here).
Well, I suppose I must lie down, now, and gently read a chapter or two of Kipling (or Guareschi....).
A good, and peaceful, night to you all
p.s. I ate two more orgasmic raisin scones - yummy!!
