I think the idea is fairly self-explanatory. I can't see any point supplying a topic, as the possibilities are already fairly restricted. Let's see.

Rules (such as they are): 5-7-5 (duh!), number of syllables may be those in the "Name" of the smiley as listed on the Smileys page OR, if you prefer, the number of syllables between the < and the >.

Subject - anything you like. But try and make it tell a story or make a point or something coherent. Just stringing smileys together in a 5-7-5 form does not a haiku make.
