h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Surprised as I am that I don't see anywhere an official Entry at the front page or where ever at H2G2 about the winter olympics.
For a móment I thought it was referred to at the frontpage because of the picture of the tango.

I cannot find the words that would fit my excitement about what I saw.
Also do'not know the official words in this category of ice skating.

I zapped and saw the end of the performance of an American couple with Spanish music. Well, that's what I was hoping for the last few days.
And then; "May be we get something véry exciting from the French couple that will perform now".

And there they were; performing "The Venetian Carnavalle" on ice.
Every moment was spellbinding beauty, power, confidence, grace and technique.

I stumble now over my own excitement and can just write that I cannot write about it.
The músic, the effects (gloves as faces), the illusion.

The sheer pleasure I had in seeing it, in being there,

I don't know.

I hope they will fill many dreams.
A 17th century painting on ice. Whát a skill!
