My plan is to be in London (with Gruesomes - possibly also with ) for the week before Easter (including Good Friday and possibly also the whole of Easter weekend.
permitting
So if the meet falls in that time, I would be available.

It all depends on the date. I could probably take a day-trip from my parents' place in Essex if I'm there for Easter, but not from here in Manchester. Also, if actual Easter stuff is going on, I'm out, so Thursday, Friday and Sunday are no good for me, and probably Saturday too.

Easter is a time to avoid as many have family commitments (except me, who has role-playing commitments ).

Depending on the date, etc, I'll be there.

Sounds fun
Even if I personally wouldn't mind spending weekend in Lodnol, I fear my boss will disagree. Out of some reason "family people" always have first dibs on holidays around the holidays. We who don't have children (or spouses) at home are more or less expected to w*rk whenever a school holiday is approaching

Hadn't we already organised a fixed date for future London meets, to ensure they never again conflict with Hull or other meets?

Hi Bald Bloke
We are currently discussing a Hull Meet for the 9/10th October, and we should have confirmation of that date tomorrow
To avoid clashes with future London Meets, we have decided that the first weekend in July would probably be our preferred date, beginning in 2011 - this is still to be finalised, of course.

Yes, or at least we tried, from what I recall. Must be in the last meet thread somewhere.

Right, I did some research.
We didn't manage to agree on a fixed weekend.
Although the last weekend in April was a favourite, it's too often either on Easter, or on a bank holiday weekend.
