I've never been able to identify the Waitresses as Human- I've always thought of them as part human- part dinosaur. Hence- Waitresaurus.

Unfortunately, I live outside of Waffle House territory right now. But the last Waffle House I visited in Toledo, Ohio had some pleasing specimens of waitresses.
Are you calling them dinosaurs because of their speed of service, or their age, or because they generally look like lizards to you?

I live in South Carolina- Most of the waitresses down here are old, fat, and ugly all around. Many of them don't seem to speak any audible sense of English either.
