I'd like to extend my Museship to be the Muse of Evilness and Dancing Ducks, which follows certain events at the meetup with Croz's wonderful duck. I'm sure photos will be around fairly sharpish, so you'll probably all see why...

Thank you so much! I don't have any photos of the dancing duck, but The Fish has a good one of the duck, and I think Croz has one of it dancing...

That's the duck alright. The one with the purple rain hat and wellies. Croz has pictures of it dancing though - I think. If he manages to get them online.

Hellos all around. Sorry but I have been greatly busy since Turkey Day, we picked up a stray puppy and have been looking after him. We have named him Gretzky (living up to my Museship). He is as I said before on the Corner posts, a beagle/mutt mix. We will not be keeping him, thou it breaks our hearts. Our space is not enough for him. He is 3-5 mos. old and already as big,if not bigger than my two year old daughter. 16 inches at the shoulder, Wow. But, we also have a new cat. I know, where do we stop. With a baby on the way even. No, we are fostering both the dog and the cat. The cat is adorable. 7 mos. red tabby with slightly orangish eyes and a gentle demeanor. His name is Maurice. Now I take that to be after the late, great Maurice Richard of the Stanley Cup Champion 1950's Montreal Canadians. But the nice lady that runs the animals shelter thought that naming him Morris, after the famous the Cat, was just to simple. So she called him Maurice. I said to my wife, "Hey, we keep the Hockey names going that way" . The nice lady said, "...of the Canadians?". I looked upon her in amazment. Shes a Minnesota transplant in her 50's. Went on to say she loves hockey, goes to Ky T-blades game all the time. But on the form for the dog, she spelled his name g-r-e-t-S-k-y. Some hockey fan

You're lucky to have your pets, Sky!!! When I moved over to this houes a couple years ago with my parents, I had to leave five cats behind...
They won't let us have pets that wander in this subdivision... gosh darnit!!!

Well, did I mention that we already have 3 cats. And a lizard. And two rats. The cats are three that remain in a long strecth of about 15-16 felines we have shared our homes with over the past 4 years. Merlin is my wifes cat and I call him the male head of the household. He just has PRESCENCE. Orient is mine. Lovable, adorable, sweet temperered, but dumb as a post. No wonder he is my cat. Kaliegh is my wifes new kitten. Black as midnight and twice as mysterious. And as I have said, we had plenty more in the past. We want to keep Maurice, thou. Something in his eyes, he has a great temperment.
I feel for you. Several times we have paid a much higher rent, both as a deposit and monthly because we have cats. But that is our life. They are worth every extra penny. I couldn't sleep at night without hearing them tearing around at 2 in the a.m.

The ever-wandering Muse of Erotic Poetry Posted Nov 30, 2000
I may have posted this earlier... but it sure would mean a lot to me to be able to keep my name here... The Muse of Erotic Poetry (and Prose), Hapless Matchmaking, Wandering (as my name implies), duck-sounding oboe players, people who play mediocrely at multiple instruments, and Frolicking in the Forest...
For short: The ever-wandering Muse of Erotic Poetry (it's just a heckuva lot easier that way)
Laters,
Janie (aka Erato, the ever-wandering Muse of Erotic Poetry)

THANKS!! I'll explain how you link to sites on your userpage from here, then...
For more info on GuideML, you'll want to go to a GUideML page-- there is a link on my userpage that you can use!!!
Since I don't know what you can do on h2g2, I'll give you the easy-going steps....
Edit your userpage and check that it is written in GuideML... you will want to select the option and hit the "Change Style" button...
To put links from h2g2 on your userpage, you'll write "Musehome", which will give you a link to the Musehome...
Best of luck!!! I'm upset that I had a much-better explanation in the other forum, but I chose to hit the wrong button and all was lost...
