Guess whos working at cleearing out their to do box.
This has been an age in the making and I've finally tracked all the mentioned people down. However there is more on the made up band members than the actual band.

Good idea for an entry.
There are a fair few spelling mistakes which I may get around to pointing out - Val Doonican was a staple, not a stable.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the infamous "Quentin Hogg on Piggy Grunt" incident!
Your explanation of Vox Humana isn't quite right. As well as being an organ stop, Vox Humana means "human voice" in Latin, so it is ironic that a session gorilla is used for this particular tasks.

Excellent!
It seems a little odd that you include thumbnail biographies of 'Legs' and Neil Innes, but not the others. I'd suggest reducing the existing ones to 'band member', or expanding a little on the ones that just say 'band member' (apart from Viv Stanshall, for whom a link to the Edited Entry would probably do).
Maybe I should see about rounding up all the people who written unedited bits about the Bonzos and putting together a collaborative Entry on the band...

Seems accurate from what I can remember off the top of my head, its been at least two days since I last lstened to this song a few spelling mistakes that even I noticed; including television spelt rong where you mention Rutland wekend TV, also, you could put a link into George Formby as there is an edited article as far as I remember I've some rough notes on the band mainly their early years as they formed; I was* intending to write it as a guide entyr one day, but it kind of got left on the harddrive sometime back in 2002 Sir Henry at Rollinson end is a weird album... I'm never sure just how clever it is, or/and just how dumb I am not to get bits of it, perhaps I'm just not weird enough looking good though

At the end of the article;
J Arthur Rank......
if you have even seen a ....
Should that 'even' be an 'ever'?
at the beginning, and this might probably just be my c**p grasp of the english language:
The band came as with many bands in the mid sixties out of Art School, in this case Goldsmith's College of Art
Should that be that way round?
roudn a bit the other way?;;
'as with many bands in the mid sixties the band came.... oh maybe i'm talking nonsense now

Looks good. I went to university with Vivian Stanshall's second cousin....
Only one suggestion - the 'only chart hit' link under the 'Neil Innes' section doesn't work because of a stray space inserted before the 'A' number.

Thats great DD - The only suggestion I have would be to include The Young Ones when talking about Neil Innes.
Viv once said when asked about how how he picked the artists for this song, that he just made them up as he went along, and then produced a highly tenuous story linking all the names through the song. Alas I don't remember much of the conversation, which took place in The Golden Cross Inn in Coventry (Just by the cathedral - I'm sure you know it.) as the 4 or 5 people around the table were somewhat the worse for wear.
