This one has been scouted from deep down in the Unedited Guide.
The title may not be an exact match to the contents presented, and there's the occasional first person. Apart from that, I'd say it's got everything that you might ever expect from an Edited Guide entry

I like it - it looks at restaurants from both sides of the fence and I'm sure it would be useful to anyone about to start working in a restaurant, but as Sir Bossel said, the title isn't quite right. Apart from that, though, great! (On second thoughts, maybe a picture?)
Good entry!

Yup, honest and open on both sides.
I remember working in a bar on a busy Friday night when two guys came to the bar and ordered drinks while their lady-friends nipped off to the toilet. They reeled off what they wanted and had me ring the drinks through the till and then remembered that they hadn't asked what their companions wanted. "Don't worry mate," said one casually, "we'll just wait for them to come back from the ladies." In a busy packed bursting pub, for anything from ten second to twenty minutes!
In my experience and putting niceties aside...the customer is always pushy, unaware of their rights and out for what they can get...but they are seldom right!
A fine article, I second the recommendation!

Looks good to me at a quick scan...
Although in a shameless piece of self-promotion, I'd suggest a link to an article I helped out of the flea market, on eating at a chain pizza restaurant (A898662).

Hello there,
this just popped up on my conv list, and i realised i never commented when i read it!
I like it.
It's a funny one for the EG coz it's not what you'd call 'definitive', but definitely good advice, nicely expressed.
Anyway, just to say, 'I like it' and add my

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
