I don't see a 'recent comments' section, like other fora and blogs seem to have. I suggest such a section might stimulate responses and communication and a sense of greater community and belonging.

I concur, but peferably omitting personal spaces/journals/messages etc.

It would be good to have 'em on the front page though. A lot of forums do.

Actually, there could be a couple: one for the chat/discussion forums and one for entry threads, PR etc. A little couple of little scrolling widgets somewhere would be quite fab.

We are going to have the most recent conversations, the recent Peer Review and most recent Ask threads once we get a working barlesque.

Yeah, Barlesque is one of the things on my workload for this weekend. Or it was until I found out the victim, sorry, volunteer coder is actually away in Cornwall for the week.

But Barlesque *will* be coming back. Not as it was, but as it could have been if the devs were given the freedom we are.
