Oop. Missed this journal. Sounds just like what i had over the summer. I'm glad you have steroids (and bronchodilators?). I tried lepheton and stuff, but that didn't really help. I hope this helps you.

Got Bricanyl (which I've used previously for my allergy asthma) and Pulmicort. One blue, two brown, morning and evening. And two blue before attempting anything remotely strenous.
What do you mean, missed this journal? It's not as if there are loads of journals to catch up with this month, is it?
