I think the Swedish Board of Tourism would be wise to hire Jamie to promote Sweden and Stockholm - he seems quite enthusiastic! Although I never got the hang of the fermented herring myself, got to admit he's got guts!

Jamie is braver than I am. I wouldn't want to eat that.
Herring isn't a common fish here. I'd like to make my own kippers, but can't find any herring. Story of my life.
