Rant warning!
I don't know what's wrong with people - how come they can only see and focus on that very small portion of an entire project that they find relevant - for themselves?
Amd myself poking a nose into each and every portion of the project, questioning, suggesting, clarifying, explaining, translating - gahhhh!!!
*And* trying to shorten the time spent redigesting things all over again - I like to be efficient! Chop - chop - chop!

It's about creating e-invoice to our customers... *sighs*
All Swedish governmental agencies and authorities will accept only e-invoices, no invoices printed on paper, from 1 July 2008. Yep, that was four months ago, but they're not ready yet either...
I seem to be the only person within our company who understands how both the front office system (where the invoices are created, by front office staff in our 65 Swedish hotels) works, as well as how our financial software (into which the front office invoices are imported) works.
So we have one front office expert, we have one e-invoice expert, we have one financial software expert and we have one person responsible for our accounts receivable.
And then there's me. And I'm getting 
tired of trying to make sure that everyone understands everything during our meeetings.
Unless they just pretend to understand so as not to lose prestige - in which case we'll have some trouble once we start testing the process live.
Which the front office expert thought we were ready to do on Monday this week, not realising not all pieces were in place yet.
*bangs head against wall*
