Please, let us not forget the fateful episode when Elizabeth Taylor provided the voice for Young Maggie Simpson (though I cannot for the life of me think of the episode number or season).

i think it was the episode where lisa's future is played out and she's married an english guy...
maggie (all grown up) gives a speech, or tries to but only says one word before being interrupted.
wouldnt have a clue about the episode number...

It wasn't the episode where Lisa was getting married to Hugh (not) Grant. In that one you never hear Maggie talk, even though they say she is always gabbing on the video phone. The episode is (I think) season 9 episode 8, but I could be very wrong. I remember it was about Bart and Lisa's first words and then Maggie's came at the end.
It was Dada or Mama or something. I can't remember what Bart and Lisa's firsts were though.

Bart's first word was "Homer", as I recall, lisa got part of "daddy" out, and then it turned into "Homer", something along the lines of "Da..D..Do'hmer"
