Had my annual clinic check-up today. Nothing invasive, as I had *those* tests a fortnight ago and the results were discussed today.
Good news, my cholesterol level is within the acceptable range, just (4.9), so keep taking the tablets
Bad news? I've shrunk as of today I am 5'5" when last time I was 5'6" - really, I will have to stop going out in the rain without an

Oh dear, I know what you are going through because I have the exact same problem. My cholesterol is acceptabel but I have shrunk - which did not do anything good whatsoever to my body mass index

Funny you should mention shrinking, my friend and I discussed that on Sunday. We both have the feeling we've shrunk a little.

GB, I've got the acetone and warm hands, if needed. But might take a while!
I'm not sure about shrinking. I'm sure my worsening eyesight just makes the measure smaller, so I must be the same height. But there is one problem.
The ground is getting harder to reach with my hands, so I must be getting taller.
But how?
Anyway, good for you, GB. I'm pleased.

On the subject of shrinking, I've *always* been 4'11" but now I'm told I'm 5' 1". Most odd.
On the subject of blood tests, I won't let my doctor do them because they thought that a skin rash I had was due to excessive alcohol (see below). I knew what had caused it, but I couldn't tell them because my hubby was in the room*
*Stop that at the back
He'd been going through a bit of a bad patch with his MS and so was I (which made me feel worse). It was self inflicted. I'd used hair dye on my arms to get a rash so I couldn't work and could be at home with him instead (I worked with children at the time and it *could* have been contagious )
Lighter I'm glad things are good for you, GB

Daren't ask what my cholesterol is though it should be better now I am on my kind of diet rather than that preferred by PHM, but I have definitely shrunk, and I have a sore shoulder to prove it. I cannot reach any of the cupboards or shelves I used to do with ease, and have to use step ladder or stool Very tiring and time wasting.
Glad you are otherwise ok. Just get some higher heels

With the Moon having been closer to the Earth a few days ago, I would have expected us all to be a little taller owing to the increased gravitational attraction. No?
Now I think about it some more, shouldn't we all have been a bit lighter as well?
