Happy Mothering Sunday to you GB. I'm going to call my mum later, but I will send her flowers/card etc when we celebrate in May. Which is when I'll celebrte too (since I'm an English mummy with German children)

here it ´s the first Sunday of May.
Hug and kiss them a lot, those of you that can still do it. As someone said, the kisses that you don´t give today are lost for ever.

Happy Mother's Day everyone. Mine is a bit shortlived as they have hospital visiting and a cranky car to deal with but it was lovely. Flowers everywhere, and yesterday I held my little granddaughter for the first time 
and for those missing their Mums.

My mother loathes Mothering Day. Never really understood why. But it's no big deal. I'll just give her some flowers some other day

My mother rang me last night and I said "Happy Mother's Day". She's used to me not remembering it as it is in May here, too, and I often don't catch on until too late - as with this thread!
Anyway, I'm going to visit her in 2 weeks, so I'll give her flowers then.
