Sho - employed again!

Aw thanks. I'm being well booked after and will be for probably longer than I'll need it.

It's dawned on me know that even as long as I've been here, it's really difficult to describe symptoms etc. To doctors.

smiley - hug Good that you got your op so fast. I hope you'll recover quickly.
They removed my mum's gall about 2 weeks ago, she still isn't quite well and was very sleepy for the first few days, but she's slowly going back to normal now.

home now. The chief doctor kindly let me out... apparently I am supposed to stay another day, but that's not my style. I may have whined a bit and over-egged the number of domestic staff I have to take care of my every need.smiley - biggrin

I was afraid of that, of course. Abdominal operations seldomly make you want to burst out in uncotrallably laughter smiley - erm

You can call me TC

On the subject of teenagers, there was a hilarious interview with Kathy Lette on Radio 2, where she said, among other things, that living with teenage daughters was like living with the Taliban - you're not allowed to wear make-up or short skirts and you're not allowed to have any Fun!

Unfortunately the programme is no longer available, but I've got the podcast, if you want to hear it when your scars have healed up enough to be able to laugh.

Does this mean they're throwing books at you, or does it mean they're making sure you have plenty to read?smiley - winkeyesmiley - tongueout

haha - what a typo!!

TC - I would LOVE to hear that (but as you said, when I can laugh again, at the moment laughing is very painful - and my girls are a lot of things, one of them is a hilarious double act so i'm in a bit of pain quite often)
