Celery root contains a substance that irritates the urogenital passage easily strengthening erections.
It tastes good - particularly with salt and is extremely mild.
There seem to be very few genuine aphrodisiacs however spanish fly, (extract from a beetle)

has long been held as an aphrodisiac particularly in literature, whilst being a lethal and powerful poison composed mainly of a caustic substance from the cantharide family.
Of course this presupposes you have to indulge in penetrative sex - there is so much else.
