The best years of my life!
The music was unbeatable, (as the passage of time has shown,) the fashions were awful, but the whole ethos was great. Carnaby street still lived, disco had taken off and clubs were sort of disco tex and the sexolets.

I agree with Rocky, obviously he must be roughly the same age as me.
The 70's,I was thinner then I am now, had a full head of hair, and [sorry girls] had no problem with women.
I saw Queen as a backup group and thought they were fantastic, flares were wonderful, they are back in fashion.
Who remembers Mott the Hoople, and the summer of 76 was fantastic.
God I have just realised my Mother and Father used to tell me about the good old days, I think I will just fade awy
