I was wondering how long it would be before we had one of your smart little quips Kiteman, which reveals your frustration at not getting what you want.

Now me I used to always get what I wanted, so I do not share your frustrations.

Hiya Kiteman , not seen you around for ages. Just happened to come across this thread and couldn't resist a little teasing of your friend James ( I hope he has a sense of humour</whisper&gt. Hope you are fit, fine and well Kiteman.

As for the topic of your conversation, as a dense female, it's way over my head.

I would have explained sooner Emmily, but I would rather not let just any one get their hands on something that could be detrimental to the human race.

Mans inability to understand this phenomena, has left him in a confused state on the subject.

As many here would not like to see some one such as me get the credit for understanding the solution to this problem. Those ones will cut off their nose to spite their face, rather than consider for one moment that some one who does not walk around in their circle of expertise, would be able to solve a problem that is way beyond them to scratch the surface of.

I have a bit of time this week so I will give them a little tit bit each day so we can see how much they need to be told before it dawns on them why what I have suggested works even though many are still quite confused over this subject.

First tit bit.
To surround a craft with a force field you do not want to have loads of perturbations, or bits sticking out so as to disrupt the force field. E.g.: the ship in star trek is a complete no no.

So we take one sphere.

End of first tit bit.

Second tity bit.

Joins rivets and gaps will cause perturbations of the charge on the outer surface so the craft will need to be not only sealed against a vacuum but also completely smoothed when sealed preventing any eddies developing.

Needless to say there are a number of surfaces that will absorb the charge so in this case we will use aluminium.

Thus endeth the second tity bit.

Why there was so much mirth over the use common or garden batteries I fail to see. If you tried to sale a sub without them in the old days you would not get very far.

In space you will not be able to recharge the batteries by surfacing, so you will have to think of something quick, like nuclear power.

Even though we use DC power in this craft, it will for some of the components have to be converted to AC.

High power condensers and DC will suffice for keeping the surface of the craft charged, but the movement of the charge will require AC.

Still we are now at the place science got to many years ago.

They were aware that you needed to create a large charge on a body, but they were frustrated by the fact that no matter how large a charge they made it was never big enough.

Can you imagine the frustration?? No! Never mind I am talking about the days before cyclotrons. Then some how science has found a lager gulf between plasma in a vacuum and a large charge in air.

They now do have to make the leap of faith, and put their finger in the boiling lead to see if you get burned or not. What do you think Burned or not Burned.

Apparently, people who've been privileged enough to see the plans have stated, surprisingly, that the Star Ship Enterprise has only one toilet...ship was designed by a man, must have been

My ship has omitted all toilets Emmily not something that would contribute to powering the craft so has been totally omitted, then I am a man, which will also mean no powder room.

As space flight is a little more complicated than man likes to admit to, I think it will be quite some time before man will even be able to contemplate something, that will take him outside of this solar system.

So it will be quite some time before we need a toilet designer for space travel.

When you see what they are still doing to humans to get them into space, it is obvious science has a long way to go before space travel is in their grasp. If you were to tie a hamster to a rocket and shoot it into the air you would be prosecuted. Then scientists do it to humans and call it progress.

So for tit bit number what ever, you do have to have some means of overcoming gravity that is much more socially acceptable than using a very large fire work, hence the term anti gravity.

Any object that has mass is prone to it, so science must get away from the idea of using some form of material and go for using a field force to achieve their results.

How to do this has been suggested in the design that I submitted some years ago now, but because science has little or no understanding how to utilise a field force to accomplish the task they have missed the point I have made, and are still working on superconductors.
The clue I gave to Kiteman was totally wasted on him as he was only interested in his own agenda in this matter, but now we come to why I gave the illustration of the propeller and the machine gun.

The force field is the propeller and the gravity is the machine gun.

Yeh, I hardly ever pop in these days, since The Powers killed off the Science boards. I tend to just pop in occasionally to make sure the creationists are behaving themselves now that the nearest Aunty Beeb gets to proper science is Springwatch.
