James Bond was at Cambridge (at least, the cinematic version was...) In 'You Only Live Twice' he tells Moneypenny this (adding that he got a First in Oriental languages), and in 'The Spy Who Loved Me' he meets an old friend with whom he was at Cambridge.

I think that he has studied at both at some time or another. He is always learning another tongue
