* Anyway, The thread idea was to choose a certain number of threads for each person to track down, perhaps someone might volunteer to take on a weeks worth of newbies as their guardian angel (as it appears the angels will have to go to the newbies, not visa versa...) *

God? i know i'm very dense tonight, but real life is interrupting.. bad news on the school front.. anyhoo, that last message from st peter- who still hasn't agreed to be my guardian angel, i might say- really confused me... what was i supposed to get from that thread? cut is already a saint.. did you mean the guy that came and tried to help out? if so, i agree... but what do you want me to do... invite him in? if so.........

* Look St.Peter is a little busy right now. I think I am the best er...presence to sort out the dilemma. He was apparently having a little lend of you I'm afraid, just a little Saintly banter (i.e How not to do it ).

He did however give me the message that he will be your Guardian Angel, but he must stress that of late he has been weighed down with the administrative side of Heaven, and hasn't had a lot of actual Guardian business (well apart from baby-sitting HIM of course), so he might be a little rusty... *

* By the way, it's best not to goad his majesticness, there still trying to fish Saint Jester out of the Lake. Besides, when I made a comment about having to technically be the Narrator for both alter-egos, he said HE would pack me off back to doing nature/wildlife documentries...!!! *

Did you see how BUSY it was last night?? there were about 60 newbies on!! and it was SO slow! I greeted a bunch of them, and met one that i think should make an excellent saint-

his name is "Er, can I get some Fries with that?" (or something to that effect), and he's bilingual- He helped me greet a german speaking newbie...

anyway...

would you let God know that i don't mean anything by my ribbing... his posts are actually a heck of a lot of fun.... and i really like how long they are!

St.Peter - Yes for days the Great Celestial Line has been slooooowwwww... I started another thread at heaven just so I didn't have to wait for 15 minutes for it to load/reload.

It may have been that radio feature in Germany must have gone out, needless to say it left me as one one unhappy Sourkraut...

OK... help me out... why are we posting to the newcomers thread for them to follow the link to the JOIN the NGA's? i would think we would want them to go to the threads for asking us questions, or picking a guardian angel, rather than to BECOME one... you know, since they're newbies and all.... and the ones WE'RE supposed to be helping... i thought...

dunno... if you WANT the newbies to be applying to be NGAs (even tho they're new themselves) then no prob... i'm not always wise to the workings of the ELEVATED mind....

(we could, of course, turn the present "Join the Angels" page into a "Find an Angel" page -- then they'd be following the right links.. and we could move the Join page to another entry.. ya know? dunno... just been up all night and it finally hit me that this is a bit odd...

St.Peter - I have changed the Angels page since it first started out. You will find at the top of the Angels page it introduces the angels and then has links to the current Questions thread & Your own Angel thread. It then lists all the Angels, and finally it has the Angel Application part...

Although, the Be An Angel picture with the secret link probably should go... (I'll find something else to put there)

As regards to the Newcomers Page I had only intended to add the other entries simply to update the page in the order of display so it remained current. Although given my error, I think we should probably let it lapse for a while, and I will repost the header entry with the right address...
