Greetings !!!
Good Idea about the code page, I will get St.Peter to put it on the homepage next time he is there (hopefully along with Saint 'Nameless' picture).
I honestly tried to read the forum for Taco's patronage. Unfortunately, when I read the first entry about how I supposedly 'franchised' out power as free-will, I was forced to stop in case I did MY self some internal damage - from laughing so hard...
Besides, Taco-Chako had the affront to boldly walk about in the garb of a saint long before the ceremony...
* Thinks: 'What was I saying about smiting ?' *
* HE gradually rolls around to the page topic, tries vainly to come up with another stupendous phrase to show how wonderful HE thinks it to be - fails *
Nice...

yes, i felt the same way about the blighter, but i know how you feel about us not welcoming new members with open arms... that's sorta why i tried to get to know him a bit. also why i didn't saint him this weekend while you were away... was sorta hoping you'd tell him to go find you the holy grail or some some such equally hopeless quest..
patron saint of heresy...
~ just plain drunk...

ok, if you saint this jinx kid, i'm going to have to quit... or at least go on vacation or something. Did you read it's homepage? it's a chapel of hate! or at least strong dislike! i can just see this one being one of those kids that pulls a gun at school. you know this kid won't do a darn thing for the angels, and will probably turn off the nice guys.... what's all that he was ranting about hating Lisa???
well... i don't know, but i'm really against this one.

St.Peter - Thanks, I'll have a look. The last thing we need is some idiot having a 'laugh' (read: besmirching our good name, I mean it's a fine line we run with our dealings with the ACES as it is, without that...)

St.Peter - I had a look at the homepage. Considering I was expecting to see Swazstikas & Colombine Quotes I didn't see anything too damning. The long quote was from a Meridith Brookes song 'Bitch' if that is what you were worried about. The fact that he is a Sub-Editor and has regular conversations with Asteroid Lil (i.e she wasn't too impressed with Mad Geralds antic's ) must say something. Perhaps the whole Lisa thing is a little jibe from old associates ?
That said, if you have had a run-in with him prior please relay the circumstances, and make light of his statement and deny his request...

St.Peter - I didn't think I would bump in to you today...
I have decided with consoltation with St.Lisa not to include Jinx, apparently it is a real ongoing (real life) feud, so those remarks were really spiteful...
I have replied directly to the Mummy (obviating the need for sarcastic remarks on the apps thread) I think he is one of the good guys, so if I receive a straight reply, he will be included (hopefully it will be a sign of good faith for the FFFF people)
Oh...I suppose, I really am abjuring from my Guardian duties...
GET BACK TO STUDYING NOW !!!
ehem...ah, Yes it really is a good idea. If you need a break get some fresh air, not become engaged here It will still be here when you get back...
Plently of time, for on-line, down the line...

Hey you! just thought i'd pop in with a couple of comments.. about the "new guardian angel page" it looks great, btw! these are just editorial... for example(i put asterisks around the parts i'm suggesting changes for):
"There is also a small box present at the registration screen, if you using a computer accessed by others, you should click on and uncross the box"
--would read better if you just put "There is also a small box present at the registration screen, **and if you are using a computer that can be accessed by others, make certain the box is NOT checked**.
"If one has never used computers before Scroll bars help one move up and down the page, you will notice them both right & below this page. holding down a mouse click will glide you down a page."
----"If one has never used *a computer* before*:* Scroll bars help one move up and down the page*. You* will notice them both *to the right of, and* below this page. **H*old down your mouse button, or simply click when needed to move the page up and down, or side to side.*"
(homepages) " that need to be explained" (needs a period)
"If you look up the top" should probably read "If you look up AT the top"
"see a symbol in the left hand" (which symbol? maybe 'see the h2g2 symbol'?)
"here alot of helpful links" (just technical stuff, but "a lot" is two words...)
"Don't Panic - This" (a little vague... maybe you'd like to say the "don't panic BUTTON or LINK"? otherwise it reads as though you are telling the reader not to panic...)
"dealing with most things at H2G2, it can be" should be "dealing with most things at H2G2*. It* can be" (two separate sentences...)
"see the following :- " take off the hyphen?
Put quotes around 'my home' 'my details', 'logout' etc...?
"process of setting up a homepage " (needs a period.)
"put something in this section to begin with. Don't worry "
put something in this section to begin with.* If you don't, other members will be unable to post greetings, comments, etc directly to your page.* Don't worry "
---You should put quotes around 'add text guide' etc... basically, quotes any time you name a button or actual text they should be looking for....
"If you are a relative newcomer with computers"
---"If you are a relative newcomer *to* computers" or *to the computer world*
--"GuideML is only recommended to those who have a good knowledge *OF* HTML"
"Once you have created you title Homepage Title Screen, slap yourself on the back, because you have master the skill to create your very own Guide Entries as well..."
---"Once you have created you*R (and delete word "title")* Homepage Title Screen, slap yourself on the back*. (Y)ou* have *master(ED)* the *skill(S) necessary* to create your very own Guide Entries!"
"To create a new Guide Entry scroll down to bottom of the left hand side, at the bottom click on the create guide entry section."
"To create a new Guide Entry scroll down to *THE* bottom of the left hand side*. At* the bottom click on the * "Create Guide Entry"(needs caps and quotes) *section."
Before you start*NOW* is probably the best time to think *ABOUT* whether
you are creating the entry for fun*,* or to be considered for the
*"Approved"* section of the Guide. The *"Approved"* *section(delete the pluralizing "s")*
generally likes its entries to be factual, concise and well
written.
"Journal Entries are quiet are completely different"
Journal Entries are *QUITE* (and delete this second 'are') completely different(which one? 'quite different' or 'completely different'?)
should read:
"Journal Entries are quite different"
"Essentailly"
"Essent(IA)lly" (transpose the i and the a)
(same sentence) "this section is for the personal observations of our trusty H2G2 *reporter(S)*, "
"We will cover the where and what for's later, needless to say"
"We will cover the where and what for's later*. Needless* to say"
'Submit article for approval' Button (You put quotes, and the word 'button'! yeay! now you just need to capitalize *Article* and *Aproval*!)
"interact with one particular forum, others maybe be taking place"
"interact with one particular forum, others *may be* (rather than 'maybe be') taking place"
"So its important to understand"
"So *it's* ( 'it is' ) important to understand"

( i had to post that one, it was getting too long... meant to make it clear tho, that i'm only helping out... i know what a busy deity you are, and what a good speller!)
now, to continue:
"relevant guide entry the forums related to"
"relevant guide entry the *forum(')s* (apostrophe: forum IS) related to"
"The left column of the screen gives *AN* (not 'and') overview of the entries that have been* logged(,) and the *correspondEnt*.
"Here there *may be* (instead of 'maybe' other threads"
"The process uses only plain text, smilies and it wil recognise a internet address."
"The process uses only plain text *and* (no comma) smilies*.(period, start a new sentence) It will (also) recognise (an) internet address, *and turn it into a link.*
the last comment i have, is that on YOUR homepage (GOD's), you have the link for the Church of the Electric Cross, and above it, it reads "Why not visitED the church of..." you might want to get rid of that past-tense on the end of 'visit'!
ANYWAY,
It's amazing that you had enought time to write all of this up! And so detailed, too! nice work (again)!
and please don't feel like i'm nit-picking! i just remember that you had suggested at some point that i might be useful as a co-editor. since that all hasn't panned out easily, i thought i'd offer my services the next best way!
Later man!

St.Peter - It is me who does all the dirty work around here. Do you think his majesticness would lift a finger to do any of the donkey work...
Thanks for the suggestions though, I haven't really read the page as such yet, what is there at the moment is the most basic of drafts. I was just trying to block out the page, and concentrate on correcting it later. Then get people to add their comments/corrections...
But it is nice to see your interest...

St.Peter - It's not too much of a problem about Moo Juice, it might very well be that it simply doesn't show up like some of my 'other' pages...
Sorry, about Twilight, Justin got back to me after I contacted you, but its good to see you followed it up...
I bet you don't feel so preturbed about losing your title page data now. Just a little hint: Given that HTML is all pervasive on the web, any smart administrator will make sure they support it, if they want to stay in business that is...
