Please place all donations of tiger tokens and milk bottle tops here for the return journey of the ostrich from the US.
He seems to have exhausted his jet pack and will not be able to graduate from uni if he can't get back to blighty.
Thank you for your generosity.

Let me do my bit here... Whilst rummaging through the danger zone otherwise known as my cellar, I came across this large vat, conspicuously (yet innocuously) marked "Aviation Fuel" Fancy that. Since I can't seem to come up with a good use for it, it's all yours. Now if any of you can help me get to South Africa...
Wistfully

Oh you're in America then... very well, you can swing by my place since you're this side o' the pond and pick up this vat. I could offer you some ... hmmm I think it's beef jerky. If not, then it's shoe leather... Only way to find out. (Placing strips on her feet)... yup, it's jerky alright - all yours.
Grinningly,

Don't you know how it is, Sir Loin?

No... I mainly spend my time in a mid-sized climate controlled bubble, not really knowing the true spirit that makes Americana what it is... I was hoping His Warlordship could, in his infinite wisdom, shed some light upon this.

What makes America what it is?
I think it's it's size. I just get the feeling that if there's one thing that define's America, even on a subconscious level, is just how darn big it is.

Indeed... whenever I look out the window, I see a very large country. I can't help but think that this is what makes america great. Or it could be Canada...

*drops a few random milk bottle tops in the jar, as well as some of those funky old clips you used to get on loaves of bread, you know, the ones that held the bag shut and made excellent clicky noises when you clipped them onto the spokes of the back wheel of your bike*

Er used to? Does that mean this loaf of bread I have here with one of those clips is prolly rather old? That wouldn't surprise me. Might explain the lovely hue that it has achieved. Will match nicely with my lawn soon.
Coordinatedly,

Hm...
On the one hand, I wouldn't mind meeting Clive at the meet a couple weeks after he's supposed to go home On the other, I wouldn't want him to miss his own graduation...
