However, I am getting a bit tired of the words, "Pikachu, Thundershock!!" I just yearn for the words "Pikachu, kick him in the rocks!!" or something

}That wouldn't work. You see, Geodude is a rock-type, which means that normal-type attacks (Mega Kick) and fighting types (everything else that has Kick in it) are Not Very Effective on it. Geodude is also a ground-type, and therefore no electric-type attacks work on it at all.{

Actually, Mew, Fighting attacks are super effective against rock Pokémon. Just ask Bruno what my Hitmonlee did to his Onix.

A faveourite Pokémon?
Hmmm...
Charizard. Gotta be.
Chansey!
Margravine Palavar Posted Jul 12, 2000
My favorite Pokemon is the much underappreciated Chansey. I appreciate Chansey for its unflappable demeanor. If a Chansey is riled it calmly double slaps the opponent without ever ceasing to smile. That and Chansey's devotion to healing is not to be overlooked. I love Chansey.
My second favorite is Sandshrew because it looks like a pangolin. There's nothing better than a pangolin.

I also like Onix just for it's sheer imposing size and look... That and that's the only Pokémon impression I can do apart from Snorlax...

Pikachu is a mouse, people. "Chu" is Japanese for Mouse.
Stadium is worth getting, simply for organizational purposes and that you can get several pokemon you couldn't get in the game without trading (including the starters, anything that starts with "Hitmon", etc).
Players note: Go through a game with only one Pokemon in the lead, your starter (that's Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle). Let it fight everything you come across and heal it when it gets low. Being your starter, it will never be disobedient when it gets to high levels, no matter what badges you have, it can overpower most Pokemon that have a type advantage over it by sheer power (I used my Venusaur to fight and capture Articuno), and by the end of the game, it'll be at at least level 70... quite reputable. Of course, your others will be at the same levels you caught them, which is the downside...

I play Pokemon Stadium, and my favourite in there is Charizard, but only because my brother hasn't taught me how to switch his Mewtwo into the Nintendo from a Gameboy. If I had it, I might actually play some more.
I like Pikachu in Super Smash Bros, though. He has a few good attacks.
However, Jigglypuff is an awful character. She has no good attacks AT ALL!
And I also thought that Vaporeon and Vulpix were neat.
