Hi , just want to put in my $0.02. My all time favorite book has got to be Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged. Not just because of the subject, but because of the good feeling I got from reading it. Years ago I might have said Jonathon Livingston Seagull, but that was just a smile on a dog. My favorite reading is usually sci-fi / horror, but I like anything that makes you think. I've attempted reading 'Gravity's Rainbow ' 3 times, but got sidetracked every time. One day I will conquer it, and Dante's Inferno as well!! 
(A Clockwork Orange is another of my favorites...)
