The BooK NooK II - part the Second

I am starting a new convo to discuss Neal Stephenson's Confusion, the second arc of the Baroque Cycle.
My initial impressions are that it is going to be a bumpy ride reading this novel. I like the way the charactors are coming together and I can't wait to see what happens to Waterhouse.
Further thoughts and discussion are welcome.

I finished The Confusion last night. And sadly I was left wanting more.
I know that this is just the second of three books, but I really wanted a bit more.
Spoilers follow!!!!
All I really know is that Jack is going to be attacking the Mint that Daniel convinced Newton to start. I really wish I had a bit more bite into the next few weeks of Jack's return to London.

I really enjoyed the ride, reading Confusion, and thrilled to learn that Enoch Root disappeared into New Mexico -- what plot line will emerge there?

Do not get me wrong. I really really loved teh book. It just ended so abruptly. Far more so than Quicksilver did.
I am going to buy Quicksilver soon so I can re-read it followed closely by The Confusion. I think that part of the begining of TC will make more sense after having just read Q.
