I couldn't even try to guess. How old is she? What are her general tastes, hobbies, joys and interests? My wife, as I've said, is a north-shore New Brunswicker, so we might come up with an inexpensive and yet personal idea or two ...
And if this wire is too open, lokk at the bottom of my PS for a hotmail address.

May I wish you a happy holiday to you to. And I hope that you get all the gifts that you wanted this year.

Did YOU have anything in particular on your "wish list"? Aside from a of course.
The last number of years, when milady asks what I want, I'm hard pressed to make a list. I was able to point out a few tool items in Sears, any of which would be nice. And a couple books. But mostly, I have anything I generally need or want ... I'm just too old !!!

Oh, your not to old, as long as your young at heart.
And no I didn't really have an thing on my wish list, besides coming back to school and to see if i passed my classes. though that was all but crushed for i only passed one class. [wah] but then again theres always this term to make up for it, right?

No worries about the double post, ... they happen often enough even with the "old" crowd of h2g2.
Sorry to hear the marks weren't all you'd hoped for. Do you want me to get all mean and scowly and remind you to study-study-study?
'Twouldn't work anyway. I simply don't scowl well at all.

Sarahsmu {Back at school} Posted Jan 9, 2006
Thats good that you dont scowl well, because I dont like being scowled at. But Im going to make up for my bad marks this term, so...
But I sould be off to class now anyway, so Ill ttyl.

Due to his lies being blown out of the water he has resorted to this sad tactic.
Pathetic.
But then, that's hardly surprising for such a "man".

It IS rather sympathy-begging, isn't it?
Lady Sarah, you need not worry about this minor intrusion. 'Tis merely a gnat who would be god. He/she/they will fade as all common pests do.

I wonder if he is posting as Meter Maid because his other alter-ego may be under pre-moderation?
Calling "down home" ...
Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Jan 10, 2006
I wouldn't think so. One day of spamming is usually enough to get a firm note, explaining the error of his ways. It takes multiple incidents to earn a pre-mod.
Anyway, might we also leave this thread? A young lady in Uni may wish to pop-back, and I'd not like her to be turned off by his idiocy and the follow-ups.

No problemo.
It would be ungentlemanly of him to post here further. And he knows that.

and thanks, mate.
So Lady Sarah, ... when are you gonna call on the hotmail or MSN Messenger for a good study session? Ie: I try to goad and prod you into studying. 'Coz it's a pretty safe bet that anything you have in the books would be well over my head.

Sarahsmu {Back at school} Posted Jan 10, 2006
oh, I dont think they would be over your head for Im now just an arts student. Doing such things as reading greek and romen mythology, greek plays through to shakespearem, and canadian history to name off a few of my class.
And my I ask who is Meter_Maid?
And I would talk to you on MSN but I dont know your adderess so that I can add you as a contact.
If you let my have it I would gladly speak with you on MSN.
