I don't know what you think it is that I am doing. I was rather disturbed some months ago at how fast, and how many women, a certain chap called on. And very VERY quickly assumed intimacy. A handful that I know well were also put off, and quickly discontinued any contact. Then, when I noticed quite a number of inconsistencies, which stood out even to me, a foreigner, I began to wonder just how much was real. And how much was fabrication. Designed to win over vulnerable and trusting ladies.

There is no possible way that I could ever respect such a person. My own military back-ground also does have some impact on that, but mostly it's just the way I was raised. So if I see someone of that low ilk being brought to task, I will enjoy it to a degree, even if I am not an active participant.

I'll assume you are referring to Serenity again, as you have several times recently. If she called on him, it was in trust and to a number that he provided in their chat thread (Hello, Hellen, post #180) She since became disillusioned in him and has wanted nothing more to do with him. For quite a few months now. Aside from brief acknowledgements of him in the "Knocking Shoppe" thread, she has actively avoided any contact. So what-ever you seem to have or hold against her is likely of you own misunderstandings.

Quite simply, if this Isaiah person is fully and completely wrong in his assessments of "Jack", it really wouldn't take very much to prove it. Name a regiment, company or what-ever that he does, or has, served with. What-ever the unit is, I'm sure it's accomplishments are easy to find, as well as any distinguished Captains.

Yes, I have been having a chuckle at his expense on other threads. (Just by the way, this is all one site, and the only one I am on.) As I've explained, if someone is a poseur and worrisome, in my opinion, and they are taken down a notch or two, then I will be pleased to watch.

It IS highly unlikely that Isaiah and I could be the same person. While I do have quite a bit of military knowledge and experience, it is all of the Canadian variety. I know nothing at all of the UK versions, ways and methods. But when I saw Isaiah showing up, with a sound knowledge of such things, and putting to the test some tales that have been "out there", I watched.

I am who I have always been. No more and no less. Where you have gotten the impression that I have somehow become less, I do not know.

And really, as long as your friend leaves my friends alone, I have no real interest in him. He can lay claim to being anything from a Captain to the King of Norway, and I don't care. So there is no reason for me to ask him to prove himself. Heck, with my lack of knowledge of the UK military, he could claim anything and I would never be any the wiser.

I've known Serenity for nearly a year, if not actually a bit more. I don't see it in her nature at all to call and attack someone. Perhaps you have misunderstood? There is no doubt that you perceptions of Jack are rather biased as well.

In any case, she has done nothing, and so has no blame for anything currently a-foot.

Reference post #12, ... How did she aquire and use a number that she wasn't supposed to have? She is certainly no private investigator, with license and connections to find such things. I do believe a story has become twisted somewhere. With enough re-tellings of a false or inaccurate story, even the one who confused things to begin with begins to believe the "new" truth.

You hear abou these people, but you always assume that the facts would flatly refute such things.

Jack's running away from the facts and trying to engage in diversion arguments would seem to be a cause for concern.

He has not once corrected his glaring lack of Brecon knowledge or Uk military procedures (ID card, conditions of discharge), etc.

Either that or he's not too bright.
