Yep, thats right, tonsilitis, once again. Or actually, not again. Still. But it's getting worse again. It was 5 weeks ago that my tonsils got huge, and after a week on antibotics, they went down a little. They plateaued at that for the last 4 weeks and now they're big again and itchy. I've missed out on my grandfather's birthday dinner tonight because of this, and I'm very grumpy. The little buggers have no right to be frelling with my neck like this.

Hope you feel better soon - tonsillisitis is horrible. Surely if they keep flaring up like this the doctors will whip 'em out (the tonsils, that is 
)?

Well one might think so but I'm not even on the 2 year waiting list I just object to my tonsils playing up for 5 weeks solid. But it's ok, we've caught it early, gargled with salt water and took a lot of lemsip, and now they're back down to golf-ball size. I can breathe again and it's all good.

Wel I've hit 6 weeks now I believe and my glands and tonsils are still inflamed although not sore. This is the longest they've ever been inflamed for.
