Is there any way to get a personally captured photo in to an entry in the guide? There shouldn't be any copyright violations if the photo belongs to the Researcher.

Hi Quartermaster,
The answer to your question is probably no. A scheme for providing graphics for some community pages (clubs, societies etc) is being developed here: A727607.
If the Entry is destined for the Edited Guide then the answer is "almost certainly no". This is because the Edited Guide should be capable of being made available in as many formats as possible including handheld devices.
