Are you trying to update your Personal Space? Click on "edit page" - type what you want then click the "update" button (or "save changes, depending on your skin)

I'm sure he means the game. He's not the first one who doesn't know. I don't recall how it works.

I think I figured it out - at least it works for me.
First make sure you're logged in to H2G2.
Then type save just as you would type go west.
You will be asked what name to use. Make it meaningful; if you don't you'll wish you had.
Now, when you restore, there will be a list of saved games to choose from.
You'll have to type it, though. This is a real text game.
