Ehem. Appearently you call yourselves a cafè; on the menu you have listed a number of fine coffee drinks, but not the best: Cortado! This drink is, as explained in my space, made of a double espresso, 1/3 steamed milk without froth. At will one may add two pieces of brown sugar to get an extra kick...
