Um yes but you would think that since this is an earth based information highway there would be a bit more information.

But that's what the entire rest of H2G2 is about, so it's not like all the bases aren't covered...

Actually H2G2 is not just about earth, albeit most peoples experiences probably stem from this small sphere. Who is to say that perhaps a few stray extraterrestrials might not be adding to this growing font of knowledge?

I'm glad you brought this up. Nobody has thought about the technical problems in maintaining an Internet connection from Rigel III, but this is nothing to the charges my ISP makes for off-planet links. However, back to Earth - pretty little planet - when are the Vogons bulldozing it?

OwsleyStanley Posted Apr 30, 1999
Yes, Earth is mostly harmless, except for a few areas, such as as the LA region, or Chernobyl. Simply put, just don't go to either of these places. Period.

Yes-earth IS harmless, toddlers pass it out in about the same state as they eat it, and it doesn't APPEAR to do them any harm!

I'm not sure they should be bulldozing it. Shouldn't the infinite improbabilty drive void hyperspace bypasses, therefore no need to bulldoze, unless of course they are still intent in destroying the program.

Well, perhaps not, but since most of us are stuck here for the present time we might as well enter something about it....
