I work in Holborn, so coming in on a weekend fills me with no little dread. I’m aiming to be around from Saturday lunchtime to early evening. I won’t be able to make the Friday evening, but if anyone’s in the area on the Thursday or Friday lunchtime, I may be able to catch up to say a quick hello

I was looking forward to meeting you too, Gnomon. Plus of course a lot of others I had not met before. And last but certainly not least old friends from earlier meets around Europe. But what can I do? Both my computer and my screen broke down and had to be replaced. And then my dentist told me I may have to spend at least £700 on a new crown. I seem to be cursed this way. I have had to cancel attendance several times before.
I know there will be other meets in the future but right now I feel disappointed
