Baron Grim Started conversation Dec 12, 2013
I just recently had reason to delve deep into my journal postings. I was looking for a post I made 9 years ago. Luckily, I only had to look back a few pages to find it, but in doing so it occurs to me that it might be helpful to be able to search journals and maybe even some of the busier fora and guide entry conversation lists by date of original post rather than date of last post. This would show the list of conversations in chronological order of their creation.
Is this something that has been considered already?
Is it feasible?
Is it desirable?

Same here Grim, I went to look at my old ones a while ago too, can't remember what for though.
What skin are you using?

Baron Grim Posted Dec 12, 2013
I'm currently using Brunel, although I am looking forward to the new pliny when conversation navigation improves.

Ah, there's nothing we can do for the old skins I'm afraid.
The conversation navigation in the new Pliny is *much* better. And, we're hoping to release it soon too!

I'm only still using brunel while I wait for Pliny the younger. Pliny the elder is just useless when it comes to convo navigation.

It got designed from an "entries first" perspective by the beeb, we did what we could when we converted it to run as Pliny. The next version has got a lot of the missing functionality back. And it's a lot quicker and easier to develop for now.
