I think your entry is coming along just fine, as a piece in the CWW; although I have a different opinion on your subject.
My opinion, of course, does not matter for the purposes of your entry, but you do have me wondering about SK's advice. Does he actually suggest lifting plots from more talented writers?
He can tell a good story, and a couple of his do seem truly original; but, in most of them, I see other stories from past writers being simply rewritten.
Frankly, the work of his that I most enjoy is his cameos in various productions like "Tales From the Crypt".
In any case, good luck with this and future entries.

Well theres only a limited amount of basic plots and you're going to go through them fairly quickly in genre fiction. Personally I think King fits what Fay Weldon called a good bad writer perfectly.

You're probably right there!
It does take all kinds, and he could not possibly have gotten so far if he didn't have some talent.
BTW: Thanks for not taking offense at a differing opinion.

Thanks for reading my entry. Personally I welcome differing opinions. Imagine how boring it would be if everyone agreed on everything.
Thanks for the comments.

Thinking about it, I've had a lot going on recently and I'm not on the computer as much as I used to be

So do you think it might be a good idea to remove this from the workshop until you have time to work on it?
Key: Complain about this post
