Think twist and Shout no matter who sings it is a great song.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere on the net you can download
Elton john/John Lennon in concert together? - that WOULD be party music!

You can download for free on Piolet, but the quality is not always perfect.

Last october, on John Lennon's birthday, they played 3 songs from that concert on the radio, and I taped them on cassette (I'm probably the only one in the world who still tapes songs from the radio smiley - laugh). They played "What ever gets you through the night", "Lucy in the sky" and "I saw her standing there", which is actually a bit funny, as "I saw her standing there", the last song Lennon ever sung live is a McCartney song...smiley - smiley He dedicated it to "An old estranged fiancé of mine..called Paul" smiley - laugh

Thanks for that - I'll give it a go!

I've also heard the 3 songs are on an Elton John CD - but i havn't found it yet - any ideas?

Don't be embaressed at having them on casette - I do too - I have a draw at home full of Beatle / Lennon Bootlegs on cassette as well as stuff taped off the radio!

LONG LIVE THE AUDIO TAPE!...OH AND THE VINYL LP TOO!!!
