This is exactly the question that started Einstein thinking. His conclusion was that nothing can travel faster than light, and that's our current understanding of the universe.

no, because light would still becoming toward you from your destination, it would just be 'shifted' to the apropriate end of the spectrum(can't remember red or blue???)

And at close to lightspeed, you'd probably have blueshifted far enough that all you'd get are gamma rays.
