What you have is all fine, but it needs more detail. You have the skeleton, now start filling it in. Do a quick internet search and you'll find loads of stuff, especially on the internet encyclopaedias (but some of the stuff on sites like wikipedia, for example, is not always reliable).

And I suppose I'd better draw your attention to:
Third paragraph:
-"Prussia had dominated most of northern Germany, and had completly wrestled control from Austria" completly -> completely
-"However, much to the dismay of Bismarch" Bismarch -> Bismarck.

If you keep going in the same way, I would say this would be ready for Peer Review. But keep adding extra detail, especially on each of the battles. Try to talk about the tactics used (if they are known), and such, and you'll have a pretty good entry .

- The opening sentence is a bit weak. You'd be better saying soemthing like:

The Franco-Prussian war took place in 1870-71 between the European countries of France and Prussia. Although not well known to the man on the street, tt was an important war for European politics, as it resulted in the unification of the German states inot the single country of Germany, setting the stage for World War I.

- You should explain what and where Prussia is, since it no longer exists as a country.

- Your GuideML could be tidied up a bit. It's better to get it right from the start if you use it at all. You should use headers rather than subheaders, as this is the standard. You should put before each paragraph and after each paragraph.
