You put us off with mundane impressions of a sojourn in Northamptonshire when the *deeply impressive* thing is how you were able to post that from twelve months in the past.

I think it's more impressive still that the previous entry (merely "I'm off!") was written on the 11th day of the 15th month of 2002... which begs the question, what calendar is MaW using?

Okay, the date on this one was a typo.
The previous one is correct, I think - my dates are in the format YYYYMMDD which is supposed to remove any confusion with British and American date ordering. Evidently it doesn't work. Oh well.
Still, it has the side benefit of being properly sortable by a computer using a straight numeric sort, without requiring any fancy processing algorithms.
And as for the fascinating sojurn into Northamptonshire... well, I did see some very interesting things 
Nothing surprised me quite so much as a reply to a journal entry though!
