and obviously it is much easier for me, with the conceptual randomness of this thread, who has to worry about context,
also in truth, I can't really claim it as my own, it was more of collective daydreamers quote as I just cobbled bits together over a days postings
still I shamelessly will

I had a daydream about what would happen if we ran into UFOs who had their edition of the guide - would we have to write in our edition about what they had in their guide, which if they were doing the opposite thing, would become a never ending problem
Of course, the real thing would be to combine the two editions, which would be a nightmare, but a crucial first step into establishing the full h2g2

they might even have an editor to check spelling
I would hope they do!
But, dear god, do they have an equivalent of Pastey
Or far, far worse - an equivalent of 2legs?

They might even have contributors who bother to check their OWN spelling...and GuideML...
Don't pick on a disgruntled Editor, here. Not *this* week...

an 2legs,our 2legs, the two of them meeting, now my mind is boggling,
I bet no-one has thought to consider that in their 'first contact ontological shock' scenerios

death, no
taxes, well, depends on your moral compass i guess how much escaping you would want to do, not that is a discussion I particulary looking to explore here
given the diversity of opinion, nationalities, galaxiness (you spell that how? )
and how much we'd be bothered to track you down in a or some such

Oh, death can eventually be avoided. When it becomes unnecessary.
But taxes are easy if you have a . Just deposit a penny in the bank of your choice (one that won't have a scandal or go crash), back in a previous century... Not original, but effective.
Did you ever read Eugene Sue's blockbuster novel, 'The Wandering Jew'? Immortal guy in that story invested a chest full of money for his descendants, then there was a scramble over it...
