All I want for Xmas is a Dukla Prague away kit Started conversation Dec 4, 2000
Bit of a cheeky request, but I'm after a copy of the original Pacman game for any normal PC for my girlfriend's grandmother. I'll fill in the story. My lass's grandad is due to go into hospital over the Christmas period, and her wheelchair bound grandmother is going to be a tad lonely over the festive period. She's fairly adamant about staying in her house the whole time, so my girlfriend suggested that we get her a copy of Pacman to run on the PC as she loved it on the Atari in the eighties. I'm not after freebies (although any donations are welcome) just direction as to where to find a simplistic and cheap version of the game so that I can install it for her as soon as. Help!!!!!

Hello Half man half biscuit type of person
I think that you'll find it's on one of the microsoft classic arcade games packs (or at least it used to be).
Hope to help,
Phil

Thanks Phil. I've had a little search on the web for it as well, and the best plan seems to be to buy the compilation that you suggest. There are a couple of MAME emulator versions, but they will be a bit confusing for the grandmother to set up.All I have got to do is shop around for the bargain basement copy.......
